We use Blauman, a professional 450 nm blue laser made by Milesman. This wavelength is absorbed mainly by melanin and oxyhaemoglobin, so it acts only on the lesion, with a 0.1–0.3 mm spot, without damaging the surrounding skin. It also coagulates as it works, so there is no bleeding.
